The Shape of Things to Come

We are vibrant beings of light, having a human experience, ”hue” – meaning colour, and “being” meaning living in the NOW.  Our energy centers resonate with all life that we share this beautiful planet with, through colour, sound, sight and smell

Our mind and body are closely connected; our inner thoughts and emotions reflect our outer shape or soma.  We add colour with our emotions!,  red with anger, white with fear, yellow belly, feeling blue, green with envy, in the pink, black look!  Throughout our evolution, colour has played a large part in our life and now seems to be so familiar that we no longer notice it.

Have you ever wondered why you are in the shape that you are in?  No amount of dieting or exercise seems to make a difference?  The answer my friend is not very far away, you just have to look within.  The thoughts and feelings that you have experienced as early as your conception have shaped you at this very moment in time.  Some emotions are positive and are extremely beneficial, but some are in the negative.  An unapproving look, or harsh words can stop you in your tracks at a very early age and repress your outward expression.  Feelings that are not dealt with become repressed, and what we repress controls us.

We are taught at a very early age, how we must look, how it is acceptable to behave, not to express feelings such as anger, sadness, sexuality, fear and rejection.  As we grow into adulthood we then have a fear of expressing who we truly are because we feel vulnerable.  We build up layers of armored desensitized fatty tissue to protect our inner sensitivity, or hard inflexible tissue, formed by high mental control, or even to the other extreme of no tissue; we are down to our core issues and we become insensitive, or have low sensitivity withholding expression.  These responses have an affect on our fight or flight pattern, secreting chemicals and hormones into our blood stream influencing our adrenals, which, in turn affect our metabolism, heart, muscles etc. This action adds stress to our bodily functions and our physical health starts to deteriorate.  These chemical responses can be triggered by events taking place in the present that remind us of the past.  Quite often we revert to the feelings of insecurity, low self esteem, lack of confidence, lack of abundance, lack of joy etc., that we had early in life, and these programs are replayed  again and again in our lives.

We can change these responses quite easily by our posture, and breathing.  Emotional Release Body Work is very efficient in releasing the stored memories that are held deep within our structure.

Do we ever stop releasing cellular memory?

Do we ever stop releasing cellular memory?

No I don’t think we do. Our entire history is stored at a cellular level in our body, it is part of our blueprint.

Our body becomes heavy with the dense emotions that we hang onto, when we release these emotion/memories at a cellular level we allow more light to come into our body.  We become more enlightened!

We are light body beings, the bridge between earth and spirit and as we release more pain that is weighing us down we be become beacons of light grounding light into the earth.  We also begin to vibrate at a higher level, this is called evolving!

We are continuously growing, learning new lessons and overcoming emotional blockages, like a snake shedding its skin we too have to shed what no longer serves us in order to grow.
